Pear of Dice
· 2 parts HENDRICK’S GIN
· ½ Freshly Cut Pear (muddled)
· ½ part Lemon Juice
· ¾ part Simple Syrup
· Fan of Pear to Garnish
·Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice. Shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a fan of pear.
